We’re passionate about the health of your family. The Family Medicine Clinic treats adult patients with an emphasis on tailoring care to the unique needs of each patient. We’re proud of our role as caregivers to families who defend our nation.
TRICARE/MEDICARE REMINDER: All beneficiaries are automatically dis-enrolled on the first day of the month of their 65th birthday. The only exception, if patient sponsor is still currently serving on Active Duty. Please try to make an appointment 3 months prior to this date, to ensure records are up-to-date and medications are refilled to last until one is able obtain a new civilian provider.
Beneficiaries over 65 may still continue to utilize the Pharmacy, Lab, and Radiology services located within Kenner, with a prescription from your civilian provider.

Services offered during Health Protection Condition Bravo+
No walk-in services (pregnancy testing requests, depo shots, immunizations). These may be coordinated by phone/SMS and performed by appointment.
Face-to-face and telephone visits are available to all beneficiaries for all visits and can be booked online either from TRICARE Online Patient Portal or call 1-866-533-5242, option 1.
Flu shots are now available by appointment only
ID Card Policy
In accordance with Kenner Army Health Clinic Policy 06-06, ages 10 and up are required to present a DOD ID Card as proof of coverage and for verifying information prior to receipt of any services. No photocopies of IDs are allowed.
