For all permanent party, ALU and NCO Academy service members assigned to Fort Lee.
Sick Call: Monday - Friday 7:15 - 9 a.m.
Hearing: Monday - Friday, 7:15 – 10:50 a.m., 1 – 2:50 p.m.
Immunizations: Thursdays and Fridays, 7:30-11 a.m. Active Duty Clinic, by appointment only
Vision: Optometry Clinic, Monday-Friday, 7:30-10 a.m. (walk-in)
5-day Blood Pressure checks: Monday-Friday, 7-10 a.m., Active Duty Clinic (walk-in)
Overseas Screening (4036) Processing: Monday through Friday, 1-3 p.m. (Walk-Ins), PHA must be completed within 60 days of report date, before walk in.
In/Out Processing: Monday- Friday, 7:15-1130 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m., Active Duty Clinic (walk-in)
