Kenner proudly serves the Fort Gregg-Adams community with a full array of primary health care services for you and your family. Our near-by military medical facilities and our network civilian health care partners provide specialty care and in-patient hospitalization.
For general information during duty hours please call 804-734-9000.
To make or cancel an appointment, please contact the Kenner Army Health Clinic Appointment Line at 1-866-533-5242 during the hours of 7:00 - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
After duty hours beneficiaries should call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE and choose option 1. The Nurse Advice Line is available 24/7

Referrals
The KAHC Referral Management Center is open to walk-ins Monday through Friday from 0800-1200 and 1300-1630. We are closed all weekends and Federal holidays.

For network referral assistance, please contact Humana at 1-800-444-5445.
Access to care
If you need to get care at Kenner Army Health Clinic, the priorities for getting appointments are identified in Department of Defense policy and are listed below:
- Active duty service members
- Active duty family members enrolled in TRICARE Prime or TRICARE Young Adult - Prime Option.
All others can get care if space is available after Kenner Army Health Clinic has met the health care needs of the three categories listed above within DOD access standards. This includes:
- Active duty family members enrolled in TRICARE Select or TRICARE Young Adult - Select Option
- Retired service members and their eligible family members
- DOD civilians and contractors
All patients can fill prescriptions at our
pharmacy.

Need to see a doctor but you can’t get to the clinic? Use MHS Video Connect! MHS Video Connect is a secure, live video connection to your military provider here at Kenner Army Health Clinic.
All you need to use MHS Video Connect is the following:
- An email account so your provider can send you a link to join the virtual treatment room for your appointment.
- Any web-enabled device with a camera, microphone, and speakers (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with internet access.
How It Works
Schedule Your Video Visit
Call the appointment line at 866-533-5242, option 1 for appointment and we'll send you an email confirmation with a link to your appointment.
On the Day of Your Video Visit
- Open the email with the link to your appointment
- Click the link or copy and paste it into your web browser
- Join a few minutes early to meet with your provider
- Enter all required information, including your current physical location, in case you need emergency services during your video visit
- Make sure your microphone, camera, and audio are turned on before you click “Start”
Wait until your care team arrives, and discuss your health needs with your doctor. Once the visit is finished, click “Disconnect” to exit your virtual visit.
